Rental return instructions
Step 1: Packing your item
- Place your item flat inside a secure box or padded envelope.
- Use ample packing materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or crumpled paper to fill any empty space around your item.
- Include the packing slip INSIDE the box or padded envelope.
- Before taping your package closed, shake it to make sure nothing rattles or slides inside. Please note that Valore is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
- Seal your package with reinforced tape.
If you do not have a printer, please write all information clearly.

Note: Valore is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Please make sure that only the items listed on your packing slip are included in your rental return packages. If you rented multiple books through the Valore marketplace, some of your rentals may have to be returned to different locations.
If you would like to insure your package, you may do so at your own expense.
